To sign up for a username and password:
Parents/guardians will need to go to the school where their child is enrolled.  A valid photo ID will be required to verify that the parent/guardian is the legal parent/guardian of the student.  

Using the Email Feature:
Third-party or web-based email (such as Yahoo or Hotmail) will not allow you to directly click on a teacher's name to email.  You will need to copy/paste the teacher's address into the To: line of your email.
